F&W Lawn Care & Landscaping ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit fwlawncare.com (the "Site"), contact us, or use our services; how we use and share it; and the choices you have. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies in more detail.

F&W Lawn Care & Landscaping is a family-owned lawn care and landscaping company in Bloomington, Illinois, serving residential, commercial and industrial properties in Bloomington-Normal, Peoria and Champaign-Urbana since 1989.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information you give us

When you fill out our quote request or contact form, or call us, we collect what you provide, typically:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The property address and city or town
• The type of property, the service you need, and your business or HOA name if the property is commercial
• Any message or details you choose to include
• Your choices about text messages

b. Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and the pages you request, logged by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the Site.
• Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, how you arrived (search, ad, link), approximate location (city level), and actions such as form submissions and phone-number taps, collected only if you allow analytics cookies.
• Form security data: how long the page was open before the form was sent, a hidden field that only automated programs fill in, and the content of the message, used to tell genuine requests from spam. Your IP address may be recorded with a submission our filter blocks.
• Referral data: when you submit a form we record the page you were on, the page you first arrived on and, where available, the referring website and campaign tags (such as utm_source or gclid) that brought you, so we know which marketing works.

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and schedule and perform services
• To contact you about your request by phone, email or (if you consented) text message
• To send marketing texts only if you separately agree
• To operate, secure and improve the Site, including blocking spam and fraud
• To understand which pages and marketing efforts bring us genuine inquiries
• To keep the records we are required to keep as a business, comply with law and protect our rights

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Text Messages (SMS)

The quote form offers two separate, optional consents: one for service messages about your request and scheduling, and one for promotional messages. Neither is required to get a quote, and they are handled separately.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of promotional messages does not stop service messages about work in progress, and vice versa.

We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business and the Site, under terms that limit their use of your data to serving us (see Section 6)
• Our website and marketing agency, ISC Media Group (Service Booster), which hosts and maintains the Site and manages our lead form on our behalf, including reviewing submissions our spam filter holds back
• Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or to protect rights and safety
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

We use cookies and similar technologies grouped into Strictly Necessary, Functional and Analytics categories. Analytics stays off until you choose to allow it. 8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep request and customer records for as long as needed to serve you, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify them. Analytics data is kept in aggregate for up to 14 months. Submissions our filter flags as spam are held for up to 30 days for review; those confirmed as spam may be kept, and shared with our agency's spam-filtering service, to improve the filter.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know and access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Get a copy in a portable format
• Opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal information, or profiling
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

You can also reply STOP to texts, ask us not to contact you for marketing, and change cookie choices with Cookie Settings. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to the appeal within 60 days. You may use an authorized agent.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to Other Sites

The Site links to other websites, for example Google, Facebook, Instagram, our job listings on Indeed, and the client portal existing customers use, which is operated by a third-party provider. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
